While I fully support the idea of writers all over the world being paid for their writing, I'd like to know if the expansion is, at least in part, responsible for the reduction in earnings for existing writers? Did you just significantly increase the number of people being paid, spreading the pool thin, without a correlating increase in paying members to increase the pool of money? How is this being managed?
