I've spent a lot of my life studying philosophy and mindset. Searching for answers to why I was different. While I didn't receive an ADHD diagnosis until I was 36 and still don't have a formal autism diagnosis at 44, I found my studies immensely helpful in making sense of the world and my place in it. I also seem to have a knack for explaining these concepts in ways that are easy for others to understand. I never really stopped to consider that my neurodivergent brain might be why and that I might be gleaning a totally different understanding.
