Bad leadership drives me nuts. Also the idea that someone else's feelings trump not only my feelings but logic, rational and even rules. Then there is the whole lifetime worth of authority figures - parents, teachers, doctors telling me what I can and can't do, "for me own good" when they have no idea what is good for me and what they really mean is "this is the system, don't buck it, we don't care if it hurts you".
